This is designed for conference management and adapted from its initial format to an online application. It was first developed to manage and co-ordinate foreign and local delegates’ (over 4,000) registrations (including fees), travel, accommodation, conference participation, seminar and lecture attendance and submissions of scientific papers for the IXth International Conference on AIDS and STDs in Africa (ICASA) Conference in 1995. It was also used for the G77 delegates’ conference of 1999, and the First Great Lakes conference on AIDS in the Workplace in 2001.
